Job Summary
Lincoln Saltdogs is looking for a high performing, results-oriented Individuals to join our team for the 2026 season to assist the groundskeeper with the upkeep of the Haymarket Park facility. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hard worker, and reliable. We offer flexible hours to work around class schedules as needed and on-the-job training, no prior turf/landscape education or experience required! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Daily management and maintenance of our playing surfaces
  • Daily maintenance of landscape areas inside and outside the complex
  • Game preparation and repairs to our playing surfaces
  • Practice setup and cleanup

Qualifications:

  • Must be reliable, responsible, personable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
  • Have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Candidate is required to meet the above qualifications. Approval of pre-employment reference, background checks and post offer substance testing are required as conditions of employment.
