We’re seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Engineer to join our go-to-market organization and help the world’s largest advertisers understand, validate, and deploy Vidmob’s creative data and AI solutions.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role for someone with both strong market sense and technical skills. You’ll partner with our sales team throughout the enterprise sales cycle—leading technical discovery, designing solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and proving how Vidmob data can fit into a customer’s existing technology and operating environment.

Beyond our SaaS applications for Creative Analytics and Creative Scoring, Vidmob is expanding its DaaS business via Vidmob360, our composable creative data platform built around APIs, agents, and MCP servers; and our AI‑powered system for evaluating creative and generating actionable recommendations. You will help customers connect these capabilities to the systems where they plan, create, and optimize advertising.

Technical Sales

• Own the technical side of enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through validation and close across prospects, existing customers, and new data partners.

• Connect customer needs back to Vidmob solutions, across our SaaS platform, Vidmob360, AI recommendations, APIs, agents, and MCP services.

• Deliver tailored & technical client‑facing demonstrations, technical workshops, proofs of concept, and solution architectures tied to measurable business outcomes.

• Lead technical responses for RFPs, security reviews, architecture discussions, and enterprise evaluations.

Implementation Discovery and Scoping

• Identify and engage the proper implementation and build stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing adoption.

• Partner with customers and platform partners across marketing, creative, media, data, technology, security, and procurement to understand their goals, workflows, and constraints.

• Prototype integrations against Vidmob MCP servers and REST APIs, including authentication and data mapping for partner/customer environments.

• Build lightweight prototypes and integrations using APIs, SQL, or Python.

Technical Customer Adoption

• Write the playbook for client & partner onboarding with Vidmob and Vidmob360, outlining best practices for ad account connection and troubleshooting, platform integrations

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Account Management, and Outsourced Services to validate solutions and ensure a clean implementation handoff.

GTM Strategy and Enablement as Technical SME

• Build resources and deliver trainings to enable our GTM teams around the more technical aspects and applications of our DaaS solutions (Vidmob360)

• Turn field insights into product feedback, reusable demos, technical collateral, reference architectures, and scalable sales practices.

• Demonstrate how Vidmob’s creative data can integrate with customer data platforms, analytics tools, creative systems, media platforms, and AI workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in solutions/sales engineering for a DaaS company, technical consulting, or a similar enterprise customer‑facing role.

• Experience supporting the sale or implementation of enterprise adtech environments. A focus on digital advertising, creative technology, or marketing analytics strongly preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of APIs, JSON, authentication, data pipelines, cloud architectures, data warehouses, and enterprise integrations.

• You can talk to both technical and business leaders to ask the right questions, connect technical architecture to business value and explain complex concepts clearly to both executives and technical teams.

• Hands‑on ability with SQL and at least one scripting language, preferably Python or JavaScript. Ability to use AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code is a must.

• Practical understanding of applied AI, including large language models, prompting, evaluation, grounding, agents, and model limitations.

• Hands‑on experience with modern data pipeline tools and at least one cloud data warehouse.

• A builder mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to favor scalable solutions over one‑off custom work.

• Preference to be based in New York, with the ability to work from the NYC office as needed and travel for customer engagements. Working East Coast hours is a must.
