Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective training using strong instructional techniques including preparation, delivery, assessment, and learner engagement
• Present information using various media to enhance understanding and retention
• Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum and delivery methods accordingly
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend performance improvement solutions
• Assess training requirements and coordinate course schedules and instructor assignments
• Analyze and manage training requests for new hires, recalls, and employee transfers
• Monitor learner progress and provide remediation or additional support as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in presentations and public speaking
• 1+ years of experience using reporting tools
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in designing, developing, or delivering training content and instructional materials
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience teaching technical subjects in an adult learning environment
• Knowledge of Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) processes
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including fabrication, installation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS)
