  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance our technical solutions within and around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • Support EDI transactions, system interfaces, and integration processes between D365 and internal or external systems.

  • Leverage knowledge of D365 data model to assist with support and development activities.

  • Maintain custom IT solutions including internal websites and legacy IT business solutions

  • Work collaboratively with IT infrastructure, business analysts, developers, and vendors to deliver reliable solutions.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong follow-through and communication.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support notes, and process flows.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase system reliability.
