D365 F&O Developer – Chicago Illinois – Up To 132K

Job Overview

We are looking for a D365 F&O Developer to enhance, support, and develop a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and self-driven developer with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to work closely with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and assess potential D365 F&O projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and test D365 F&O applications.
  • Produce technical design specifications and supporting documentation.
  • Lead workflow and solution design reviews with business stakeholders.
  • Research and recommend strategic technology solutions.
  • Support and develop D365 data integrations with other platforms.
  • Work with technical experts and external vendors to resolve issues and improve existing systems.
  • Provide application support and take ownership of reported issues.
  • Develop end-user documentation and provide training where required.
  • Promote development standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to deliver new functionality and improvements.

Experience

  • 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • 2 years of experience managing or leading D365 F&O projects.
  • Strong experience with D365 F&O development, application support, integrations, and technical design.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
