Description:

Classic Rock is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee customer projects from order placement through completion. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and is responsible for coordinating with customers, Sales, Customer Service, Production, Transportation, and Supply Chain to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.


The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer projects from order entry through project completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, builders, and internal departments throughout the life of the project.
  • Review project requirements and coordinate material needs to support project schedules.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Transportation, and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor project schedules and communicate any changes or delays to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate deliveries to meet customer and jobsite requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns, material issues, and delivery challenges.
  • Monitor open orders and work proactively to keep projects moving forward.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-7 years of project management experience in masonry, stone veneer, or building envelope systems; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous project management or project coordination experience.

  • Understanding of scheduling, logistics, and customer order fulfillment.
  • Experience reading construction drawings or specifications is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50-100 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations or jobsites as needed.
  • Ability to work in both an office and manufacturing/warehouse environment
