Position Overview

Matrix Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is seeking dedicated licensed mental health therapists for a fully remote position to provide compassionate mental health care to our diverse client base. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked, as well as a sign-on bonus to motivate and reward our newest team members.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a licensed mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and personalized mental health counseling sessions using telehealth solutions.
• Implementing solution-oriented treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client backgrounds and mental health challenges.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and mental health experiences.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adapting treatment approaches as required to ensure the best outcomes.
• Encouraging clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults, each presenting with varying mental health needs. From anxiety and depression to stress management and relationship issues, your expertise will empower clients to overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. Supporting their journey to mental wellness will be a key part of your rewarding role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, full license to practice independently in Arizona as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on practice history.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, paired with effective communication capabilities, are vital as you navigate sensitive conversations and build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
