What You Will Be Doing
  • Handle personal injury litigation cases end-to-end, with strong focus on trial
  • Act as first-chair trial attorney in PI cases
  • Meet with clients to:
    • Discuss case strategy
    • Build trust and provide guidance
  • Evaluate claims, damages, and legal strategy
  • Communicate with insurance carriers on:
    • Claims
    • Demands
    • Settlement negotiations
  • Prepare cases for trial, including:
    • Discovery
    • Depositions
    • Motions
    • Trial strategy and execution
  • Drive favorable verdicts and settlements
  • Maintain consistent client communication and updates
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Experience You Will Need
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • 5-10 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience (required)
  • Minimum 5 PI jury trials as First Chair (mandatory)
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
  • Strong background in:
    • Trial litigation
    • Case evaluation
    • Negotiation and settlements
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently through trial
Skill Matrix
