Position Title: Armed Security Flex Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time (Open Availability Required)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Coverage Area: Lake Worth, FL to Fort Pierce, FL

Position Overview

The Armed Flex Officer supports multiple sites throughout Palm Beach County. This role requires maximum flexibility and readiness to respond to call-offs, new assignments, and emergency coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage at various client locations
  • Respond to short-notice shift assignments
  • Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties
  • Maintain communication with Command Center
  • Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed
  • Uphold uniform and appearance standards

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred)
  • Open availability (days, nights, weekends)
  • Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug test
