This role focuses on advanced Technical Signals Intelligence (TechSIGINT) analysis, ensuring compliance throughout signal collection, processing, exploitation, and retention while supporting the development, testing, and training of TechSIGINT capabilities. The ideal candidate is a technical subject matter expert with extensive experience analyzing signal characteristics and mentoring analysts in highly classified operational environments. What You'll Do * Analyze signal characteristics across RF and digital domains to ensure compliance throughout signal collection, processing, exploitation, and retention * Apply deep technical knowledge of TechSIGINT operations to support ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, COMEXT, and related mission areas * Capture, refine, and document system requirements to align stakeholder needs with engineering and development activities * Support the development, execution, and validation of system requirements, test plans, and operational procedures * Develop and deliver training materials for analysts and end users * Conduct user training sessions and mentor new team members on TechSIGINT applications and operational procedures * Support outreach initiatives to expand product awareness and user adoption across the Intelligence Community * Utilize legacy TechSIGINT applications to complete mission analysis and operational support tasks * Perform complex analytical assignments with minimal supervision while exercising sound technical judgment * Build collaborative relationships with mission partners, stakeholders, and technical teams across multiple organizations * Clearly communicate technical, procedural, and compliance-related information to both technical and non-technical audiences * Provide subject matter expertise on TechSIGINT compliance and operational best practices * Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts that enhance mission effectiveness and analyst productivity What We're Looking For Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI Clearance with a current Maryland Polygraph * One of the following combinations: * Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience * Associate's degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience * Master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience * Twelve (12) years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate's degree * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or another related technical discipline * Military Signals Intelligence training (such as Navy 9141, Air Force 1N2A, Intermediate/Advanced Signals Analysis, or MSAP) may be considered in lieu of certain educational requirements * Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following mission areas: * Communications Intelligence (COMINT) * Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) * Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) * PROFORMA analysis * Design or engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems * Strong understanding of signal behavior, signal parameters, and RF/digital signal analysis * Experience developing requirements, test plans, technical documentation, or analyst training materials * Ability to work independently on complex technical assignments * Strong analytical thinking, written communication, and presentation skills * Experience collaborating across engineering, mission, and operational organizations Bonus Points If You: * Love solving difficult technical challenges * Enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge * Like working where your voice actually matters * Appreciate a culture that celebrates wins and supports growth Interested?
