What is a D associate?

D Associates are typically entry-level professionals or team members who assist with various tasks and projects within a department or organization. Their responsibilities often include supporting more senior staff, conducting research, preparing reports, and handling administrative duties related to their field. The exact nature of a D Associate's role can vary depending on the company and industry, but it often serves as a stepping stone to more advanced positions. Many organizations use the 'Associate' title to indicate a foundational role with opportunities for growth and advancement.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a D associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a D Associate, you generally need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a relevant bachelor's degree, often in business, finance, or a related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools, CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are typically required. Through tools like neurofeedback and evidence-based interventions, we help clients build the lives they deserve.
And as part of our team, you'll be supported, trained, and encouraged every step of the way.

Your Role
As an Associate Licensed Therapist, you'll support a diverse caseload of approximately 25 clients, including children, teens, and adults navigating trauma or neurodivergence. You'll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy in a hybrid setting, using approaches that go beyond traditional talk therapy.
You won't be doing this work alone - you'll be surrounded by a team that values collaboration, growth, and shared purpose.
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you are:
  • A compassionate, dedicated LPCA or LMSW excited about long-term growth with our team
  • Eager to help clients succeed by conducting thoughtful phone assessments and connecting them to the best-fit care
  • Passionate about integrating neurofeedback and trauma-focused therapies into your clinical work
  • Ready to contribute to a warm, supportive team that celebrates both client success and clinician development

Ready to Grow With Us?
If you're excited to step into meaningful work, expand your clinical toolkit, and join a team that's redefining mental health care, we want to meet you.
Apply now to begin your journey with The Center for NeuroPotential.
Together, we'll help clients - and you - reach their highest potential.
Compensation:
This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 hours weekly.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Compensation based on your experience and expertise
  • Clinical Supervision to support your licensure and professional growth
  • A Collaborative Work Environment, where you'll work alongside dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care
  • Marketing Support and Consistent Client Referrals, helping you build and maintain a steady caseload
  • Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, calls, billing, and credentialing, so you can focus on providing outstanding care
  • Flexible Scheduling that promotes a healthy work-life balance, with evening and weekend hours.
  • A strong focus on Job Satisfaction and Professional Development, ensuring you continue to grow in your career
