SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Czech speaking)
  • 100% remote in CZ Republic
  • Industry: Automotive Supplier

Application Development and Maintenance Project
Required Skills:
  • Implement and support SAP HCM Payroll (Czech Republic) including schema, rules, PCRs, wage types, and off-cycle payroll.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with Czech tax, social security, employment law, and reporting obligations.
  • Configure payroll components including:
  • Wage types & valuation
  • Payroll schema & PCRs for Czech Republic
  • Taxation, deductions, social contributions
  • Bank transfers and payment mediums
  • Legal reporting formats and interfaces
  • Support master data processes: PA, OM, time management integration, absence quotas.
  • Perform end-to-end payroll testing: unit tests, UAT, integration testing.
  • Handle post-production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning of payroll.
  • Prepare and validate payroll results, control reports, and statutory files.
  • Coordinate regression testing during upgrades or support package implementation.
  • Understanding of SAP HR tables (PA, PB, PY, PT).
  • Experience with SAP OSS notes for legal changes.
  • Knowledge of BSI/Third Party interfaces (if applicable).
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 8+ years of related Human Resources process experience with 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP Payroll CZ.
  • Experience supporting live Czech payroll cycles.
  • Good communications skills and able to demonstrate leading and mentoring teams within a Global Delivery Model.
  • Willing to submit personal data for specific Background Check/Validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
