NYCOR - CNC Cylindrical Grinder Machinist (Direct Hire) – Up to $38/hr. + $6,000 Bonus

NYCOR is seeking a skilled CNC Cylindrical Grinder Machinist to join a growing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC ID and OD cylindrical grinders, ensuring high-quality precision parts that meet strict customer and engineering specifications.


Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift:
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift:
  • Monday–Thursday: 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM + $1.50/hour shift premium

Compensation: $28 – $38/hour (Willing to pay more based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $6,000 (based on shift)

Near Plymouth, MN.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC ID/OD cylindrical grinding machines
  • Perform routine and repetitive machining operations with precision
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
