What you will enjoy doing*
  • Performphysical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accountsreceivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team
  • Thisincludes preparing the audit form, visiting the customer, and counting thecylinders on customer sites
  • Perform paper audits of cylinder history which includes researching thecylinder history in CU, CU Image Viewer, TruTrak and JDE
  • You will work together with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manageron appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies
  • Enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances
  • Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable
  • You will work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of usecharges and open rental invoices
  • Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region
  • Understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as neededduring audits
  • Review all in-house accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure nocylinder balances have being posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX,etc
