Cyera's mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely - deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We're hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

Customer Engagement
  • Monitor, identify and analyze key events and data points across in-scope environments leveraging customer's Cyera deployment.
  • Prepare and present reports to customers that highlight key observations and suggested remediation activities and track performance through dashboards, trend analysis, and risk posture insights.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting tied to open source and dark web intelligence queries.
  • Assist with incident response efforts when needed.
  • Support peer Analysts and provide customer escalation assistance as needed.

Customer Success and Data Security Executive Support
