Job description

We Help the World Be Everyday Ready™

Today's threatscape is relentless. So are we. At Cyderes, we build practical Identity & Access Management (IAM), Exposure Management, and risk programs, helping organizations stop active threats fast with Managed Detection & Response (MDR) that integrates with existing tools. Powering it all is Meridian, our entity fabric that connects identities, assets, and access into one trusted reality. Augmented by AI and driven by seasoned operators, our tireless global team arms organizations with the people, platforms, and perspectives they need to conquer whatever tomorrow throws their way.

Great Place to Work Certified. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, India.

About the Role

Cyderes is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Executive to serve as the dedicated security lead for a strategic energy sector client based in Atlanta. In this dedicated role, you will be the single point of accountability for delivering managed security services. You will oversee our client relationship at the executive level and ensure the program meets commercial and operational expectations.

This is a high-visibility position that requires equal parts technical credibility, and program management rigor. You will work with our client's security leadership. This includes the CISO and senior partners. Additionally, you will coordinate multiple teams. This team will deliver outcomes across SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and technology adoption. You will report to Vice President of Delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic client relationship at Director and above level, serving as the primary escalation point for all delivery, commercial, and relationship matters.
  • Lead programme governance across onboarding, steady state, and continuous improvement phases within a managed services model.
  • Drive adoption and engagement with newly deployed security technology, ensuring the client realises full value from the platform.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams with accountability across SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, and incident response workstreams.
  • Translate complex technical risks and security findings into clear business language for senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify and progress service expansion opportunities in alignment with the client's evolving needs and Cyderes' commercial objectives.
  • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments with discretion, building trusted advisor relationships at multiple levels of the organisation.
  • Maintain programme health dashboards, SLA reporting, and executive-level communications on a regular cadence.
Requirements
  • Broad working knowledge of cybersecurity domains including SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR platforms, threat intelligence, and incident response.
  • Demonstrable experience managing or leading service delivery in at least one of these domains.
  • Solid understanding of software feature development and adoption, with a track record of driving technology engagement in newly deployed environments.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector and OT/ICS security landscape (ICS/SCADA awareness), NERC CIP regulatory requirements, and relevant compliance frameworks is advantageous but not required.
  • Proven ability to own and grow a strategic client relationship at Director level, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery quality, escalation, and commercial health.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and operational disciplines, driving accountability without direct line authority.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading client-facing programmes through the full lifecycle: onboarding, steady state, and continuous improvement within a managed services environment.
  • Confident and polished communicator capable of engaging senior security leadership—CISO, VP, Senior Director level—with credibility and authority.
  • Ability to translate technical risk into business language that resonates with executive audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building instincts with the ability to embed as a trusted advisor within a large enterprise client and navigate complex stakeholder environments with discretion.
  • Commercially astute with sound judgement—able to identify service expansion opportunities, manage difficult conversations, and represent Cyderes' interests while keeping the client relationship front and centre.

Hybrid remote/in-office role.
