These studios are typically equipped with stationary bikes and led by instructors who guide participants through various cycling routines set to music. Cycle studios often offer a motivating group environment, specialized lighting, and sound systems to enhance the workout experience. Many studios also provide amenities such as showers, changing rooms, and equipment rentals. Classes can vary in intensity and style, catering to both beginners and experienced cyclists.
