Context/Scope:

This position will routinely interact with Processing Team Leads, Management and others within various cross-functional departments or functions involved with the Processing, Manufacturing, Network Supply, Finance, or Compliance. The major challenge will be to effectively & efficiently identify, resolve and document all issues identified during auditing of records and systems. This role will manage multiple projects autonomously or with some assistance and or guidance. Individual must be proactive in developing efficiency changes and process flow improvements, while maintaining a positive working relationship and provides clear, concise communication to various internal departments and internal/external customers and vendors when necessary.

Purpose of Role:

ProcessingInventory Analystwill have complete ownership of ensuring that all data related to batch records, export shipments, and inventory is accurately documented andentered intoSAP and tracking systems. Provides direct support to internal and external customers and stakeholders.Performs, lead and execute auditing, tracking, reporting, and investigations. Supports the Processing Department and TL's by taking the lead and managing investigations to final resolution.

Key Outputs:

  • Responsible for running daily open process order and error reports to monitor and resolve any errors within 24 hours of its finding.

  • Perform routine audits of batch records and 51% PAB to ensure costing and inventory are accurately entered and documented to ensure compliance with CARM and TTB protocols.

  • Responsible for running and auditing the receiving of Bulk liquid and NMB reports to ensure costing and inventory are accurately entered and documented to ensure compliance with CARM and TTB protocols.

  • Owning the process for posting and reconciling all Smirnoff In-Line Blend batches into SAP and balancing out inventory.

  • Maintain all controlled documentation filed in an orderly manner for future reference for quality or audit purposes.

  • Monitor all inventory cycle count activities for large dollar value discrepancies. Ensure proper signatures are acquired for compliance purposes.

  • Responsible for generating all paperwork associated to Export liquids and posting inventory transactions in SAP.

  • Responsible for proactively communicating with various departments regarding the status of orders or shipments.

  • Takes complete ownership when investigating blocked status inventory and open STO's.

  • Maintains and updates departmental daily performance metric data.

  • Run weekly tank report to help support Production in ensuring that all tanks are being cleared out and ensure inventory is being moved out of Quality hold when necessary.

  • Develop and execute all CARM checks for processing including weekly inventory adjustment reports for the Processing Manager for approval.

  • Administrate site documentation control system -eQMS. Ensure all departmental documents are updated as per defined timeline.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other operations systems

  • BS/BA degree in the Sciences or Business field preferred

  • Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Ability to demonstration high attention to detail required

  • Demonstrated experience auditing, tracking, reporting, and investigating records and systems within a highly regulated industry a plus

  • Working knowledge of CARM and compliance principles a plus
