Shift: Monday-Friday from 12:00pm-8:30pm or until work is completed

Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management analyzes existing inventory and resolves inbound discrepancies in order to drive the operational efficiency of pharmacy warehouse operations. The Senior Coordinator validates inbound shipments, places electronic orders, creates standard inventory reports and forecasts, and leads regular cycle counts. By ensuring the quality and efficiency of inventory management, this job contributes to customer satisfaction and minimizing the facility's expenses.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively report on findings and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure inventory accuracy and meet compliance deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AIMS and/or SAP is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting inventory data preferred.
  • Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain and ensure accurate inventory levels across the warehouse.
  • Utilize the AIMS Warehouse Management System to verify product locations and perform inventory adjustments when necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve picking errors by analyzing product movement and identifying root causes.
  • Track and document inventory discrepancies, including expired products and picking errors, using Excel.
  • Communicate findings, updates, and discrepancies effectively through email and internal systems
  • Complete cycle counts within established compliance timelines to support operational accuracy.
  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations and bays.
  • Develop cross-functional knowledge by learning additional QIC processes and supporting broader operational needs.
  • Utilize AIMS and SAP warehouse systems to manage inventory processes and enhance system proficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and uphold high standards of inventory control and accuracy.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to safely access elevated storage areas and retrieve products for counting or inspection.
