What's the Role?

As organizations adopt AI technologies and next-generation security platforms, many are rethinking how their cybersecurity programs operate. Tevora is expanding its advisory capabilities to help enterprises modernize their security programs through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern operating models.

We are seeking a senior consulting leader to help grow our Cybersecurity Transformation practice, working with large enterprise organizations on multi-year security transformation initiatives.

The Managing Director of Cybersecurity Transformation works directly with CISOs and executive leadership to design and lead enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs.

This role focuses on helping organizations modernize their security capabilities through:

  • Cybersecurity operating model transformation
  • AI-enabled security automation
  • SOC modernization and next-generation security operations
  • Enterprise cybersecurity roadmaps
  • AI governance and risk management

The ideal candidate has experience at a top consulting firm and a track record of selling and delivering large transformation engagements.

A Day in the Life Could Include:

Cybersecurity Transformation

  • Lead enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives
  • Design target-state security operating models
  • Develop multi-year cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with business strategy

AI & Security Automation

  • Advise organizations on leveraging AI and automation within security programs
  • Define strategies for AI-assisted security operations and automated response

Security Operations Modernization

  • Guide organizations in modernizing detection and response capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and platform consolidation

Client Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs and executive stakeholders
  • Lead proposals and shape complex consulting engagements

Practice Leadership

  • Lead consulting teams delivering transformation programs
  • Contribute to the growth of Tevora's cybersecurity advisory capabilities
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security leadership experience
  • Background at a top consulting firm (Big Four, Accenture, or similar)
  • Proven ability to sell, develop, and deliver enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs, including roadmaps and operating models.
  • Familiarity with security automation, SOC modernization, and emerging AI security risks
  • Executive presence and experience working with C-suite stakeholders
