Job Summary:
Tenex is an AI-native Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider that enhances cybersecurity postures through advanced threat detection. The Enterprise Sales Director will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding the customer base and strengthening cybersecurity defenses with Tenexโ€™s solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
โ€ข Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams.
โ€ข Manager relationships with partners while supporting their portfolio and responsibilities.
โ€ข Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews to articulate Tenexโ€™s value proposition.
โ€ข Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
โ€ข Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
โ€ข Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM tools.
โ€ข Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
โ€ข Represent Tenex at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:
Required:
