job summary:

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Archer Developer to support the development, configuration, testing, and documentation within the Archer platform. The role will focus on developing a Standard System Security Plan (SSP) capability and enhancing the IT Risk Management module to support cybersecurity risk management requirements.

responsibilities:

Design and configure a Standard SSP within Archer, including required fields, sections, record types, workflows, and relationships.


Integrate the SSP with existing Archer applications, including the Risk Register, Assets, and Control Standards.


Validate alignment of the SSP data model with existing enterprise risk management structures.


Enhance the IT Risk Management module to support project requirements.


Integrate NIST Cybersecurity Framework questionnaire results into risk scoring, categorization, reporting, and workflow logic.


Configure calculations, workflows, dashboards, and reports consistent with established enterprise risk methodology.


Develop technical documentation, data model documentation, configuration notes, and UAT test scripts.


Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and preparation of configurations for migration to production.


qualifications:

Required Qualifications


- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field and 3 years related professional experience or an Associate Degree and 5 years related professional experience


- Demonstrated experience developing and configuring solutions within the Archer GRC platform.


- Experience with Archer risk management, assessment, control, asset, and reporting capabilities.


- Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risk management, including NIST CSF concepts.


- Experience designing Archer data models, workflows, calculations, record relationships, and reports.


- Experience supporting UAT and configuration migration between Archer environments.


- Ability to produce clear technical and configuration documentation.


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience developing or managing System Security Plans within a GRC platform.


- Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity governance, control frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.


- Experience integrating questionnaires or assessment results into automated risk scoring and reporting.
