We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and support of enterprise healthcare and laboratory systems, including Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, and related healthcare applications.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT project management in healthcare experience required (10+ years preferred).
  • Experience with LIMS, EHR, public health, behavioral health, or laboratory information systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA) and interface technologies.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing SaaS/cloud-based applications, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Strong background in data migration, system integration, testing, and production support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • PMP and/or healthcare IT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare and laboratory technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, training, deployment, and support.
  • Coordinate vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
