Black Duck is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead high impact, businesscritical initiatives that modernize, scale, and optimize our internal processes and systems ecosystem. You'll operate at the center of execution - connecting teams, aligning priorities, and driving programs forward with clarity and momentum.

This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives across ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, data platforms, and emerging AI/automation capabilities, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs, including modernization of ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, and data platforms
  • Own end-to-end delivery - from roadmap definition and stakeholder alignment through execution, change management, and postimplementation optimization
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives, including workflow automation, intelligent process design, and integration of AIenabled tools
  • Partner cross functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, IT, Revenue Operations, and FP&A
  • Translate business objectives into clear program strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans
  • Establish and enforce program governance, including status reporting, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, and executive communication
  • Lead cross functional teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity - define scope, align stakeholders, and maintain execution momentum
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance system usability
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support enterprise system investments
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Director of PMO on prioritization, resource planning, and enterprise systems strategy

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8 - 12+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, data platforms). Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Churn Zero, Reporting tools is a plus.
  • Proven success delivering complex programs in a matrixed SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong execution mindset - able to connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, and business process design
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including business case development and ROI tracking
  • Highly proactive and forward-thinking, with strong ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners
  • Excellent communication skills with a polished, executive presence and ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong change management mindset, with the ability to drive adoption and organizational alignment
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus
