  • ABachelor'sdegree in a relevant area of study with a preference for Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

  • Provenexpertisein Python/ JavaScript / Bash programming languages.

  • Experience working with REST APIs.

  • Strong understanding of cyber security fundamentals and networking fundamentals.

  • Knowledge of SOAR technologies/Automation tools: Google SecOps SOAR, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Microsoft Logic Apps.

  • Cloud fundamentals: AWS/Azure/GCP.

  • Knowledge of HTMLdevelopment;databasesand writing SQLqueries;Unix operating systems.

  • Experience with Git and version control tools.

  • Industry certifications are nice to have.

  • Amaster's degree in computer science/information securityoranotherrelevant field(asset).

  • Knowledge of SIEM/EDR/network security toolsandofnetworking fundamentals(asset).

  • Experiencewith CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Puppet(asset).

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
