Program Manager for Cyber Security and Reporting Programs-Director Level

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule 3 days onsite.

Director: up to $200k

VP: up to $160k

No Sponsorship Available, No Third-Party Resumes

This is a director-level support role responsible for executing cybersecurity programs, including data protection, AI risk and security, vulnerability management, and threat management initiatives.

To be considered you must have worked in a brokerage, bank or financial firm, and have experience working in a Cybersecurity PMO within the Cybersecurity function. You must have experience partnering closely with technology and cybersecurity teams to manage and deliver cybersecurity-related programs and initiatives

  • Candidate must be dependable and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proactive in identifying opportunities and proposing solutions or new ideas.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and be effective at influencing and building consensus among stakeholders
  • Should have certifications within Cybersecurity or AI Securities and PMP highly preferred.

VP Level Position:

Additional hire for VP Level person to work under Director to help support cyber security programs ensuring end state is delivered inclusive of Governance and appropriate controls. Must understand finance and PM tools and methodologies and have worked in PMO.
