Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements
  • Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and stakeholders
  • Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications
  • Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handling
  • Track and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 4 years supporting DoD or federal IT or Cyber initiatives
  • Experience managing and leading technical teams of at least 10 or more personnel
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Desired certifications: CISSP or CISM
