The F5 Digital Sales organization is uniquely positioned to be a growth engine for the company. This role sits at the forefront of modern sales-leveraging AI, automation, digital marketing, and data-driven insights to drive customer engagement and long-term success.
Position Summary
The Flex SDR role is an entry-level sales development position designed for individuals eager to build foundational pipeline generation skills and transition into a full-time Inbound SDR role. Flex SDRs provide critical support by covering capacity gaps, executing high-volume campaigns, and contributing to strategic projects. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to accelerate your career in technology sales.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization.
  • Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers.
  • Contribute booked meetings toward the SDR organization's overall quota.
  • Participate in special projects and experiments (e.g., testing new tools, refining workflows, or developing use cases) to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Shadow experienced SDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation.

High-performing individuals will transition into Inbound SDR positions, where they will own a quota and directly contribute to pipeline generation for the business.

The annual base pay for this position is: $47,500.00 - $71,300.00
