  • Investigate inbound fraud concerns and escalations from clients and internal business partners, ensuring cases are addressed accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to freeze accounts, recover illicit funds, and provide needed documentation and investigation results.
  • Analyze and track check fraud, including counterfeit checks and forged endorsements, while partnering with internal teams to resolve incidents and identify trends.
  • Investigate potential exposure of personally identifiable information and ensure appropriate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
  • Evaluate high-risk clients and transactions, conduct research to assess legitimacy and creditworthiness, document cases, and take appropriate action to mitigate fraud exposure.
