Description

Client is a leading global life sciences company dedicated to improving health and lives. They are seeking an Executive Director, Enterprise Data and Insights to define and execute the enterprise data and insights strategy, leveraging AI and analytics to deliver actionable insights for the organization.

Define and execute the enterprise data and insights strategy aligned to organizational priorities and paired with technology and healthcare industry trends

Lead the evolution to our third-generation, AI-first analytics capabilities grounded in first-principles thinking and responsible AI practices

Develop and execute strategies for Data-as-a-Service and Insights-as-a-Service for internal and external customers. Some technologies we use today are โ€“ AI stacks (AWS Bedrock Agent/AgentCore, Microsoft copilot), Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, SAP HANA), Visualization & Reports (PowerBI, Tableau, Crystal), etc

Partner with leaders across clinical, operational, and corporate functions (e.g., Sales & Marketing, RCM, Finance, Operations) to translate strategic priorities into actionable and scalable analytics capabilities

Identify and propose innovative analytical solutions that leverage corporate, clinical, and third-party data assets

Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication, executive reviews, and roadmap updates

Coordinate all aspects of defining and delivering analytics products that leverage enterprise, clinical, and third-party data sources

Establish well-governed processes that enable scale, quality, security, and responsible use of data and AI

Ensure analytical solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements inherent to healthcare data

Own accountability for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise analytics capabilities, including platforms, data products, and insight delivery mechanisms

Lead the execution of a prioritized portfolio of analytics initiatives, balancing speed, quality, and business impact

Define and track key metrics across the various value streams

Manage strategic vendor relationships, including oversight of contracts, statements of work, and delivery governance

Ensure vendor performance aligns with enterprise standards, delivery expectations, and value objectives
