The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from:

Job Summary

The AI engineer is responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex problems and enhance business operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that enable dataโ€‘driven decision making. The AI engineer is an expert in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis and creates intelligent systems that automate processes, improve efficiency, and drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates, implements, and deploys AI solutions in business environments, considering scalability, reliability, and security
  • Assists in collecting and cleaning relevant datasets to ensure their suitability for machine learning tasks
  • Performs thorough testing and evaluation of AI models to ensure their performance meets the desired business objectives
  • Continuously monitors and optimizes the performance of deployed AI systems, making necessary improvements and updates
  • Stays updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to identify their potential applications in the organization
  • Collaborates with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or related field
  • At least five years of experience with AI data science, ML engineering, or data analytics
  • At least two years of experience designing and implementing AI solutions with a focus on machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, or data mining
  • Experience on projects involving big data processing and distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark
  • Expert knowledge of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, and C++
  • Knowledge of popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure and GCP, and their relevant AI services
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
  • Strong analytical and creative problemโ€‘solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to business executives
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new AI technologies and techniques
