Job description

Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness & TrainingKey Responsibilities
  • Execute global cybersecurity awareness, training, and engagement strategies aligned to business priorities, organizational risk, cyber threat trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as Product and Service Owner for Human Risk Management products/services: define strategy, roadmap, priorities, adoption plans, and continuous improvements.
  • Design and deliver enterprise-wide awareness campaigns, role-based learning journeys, leadership engagement programs, and targeted interventions for high-risk populations.
  • Shape modern learning experiences (microlearning, gamification, AI-enabled education) using behavioral science and emerging technologies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/automation capabilities to enhance awareness, training, communications, and engagement; promote responsible and secure use of AI.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs; analyze phishing/training/engagement data to optimize interventions and provide executive insights.
  • Oversee awareness/training technologies, reporting platforms, vendor relationships, and external partners.
  • Build partnerships across Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Business Information Security, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (L&D, Organizational Change/Communications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related).
  • 8-10+ years professional experience; preferably in cybersecurity awareness/training, human risk management, learning and development, and organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of human-risk topics (social engineering/phishing, IAM, data protection, cloud security, insider risk, secure use of emerging tech).
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience using data/metrics to assess effectiveness and improve programs.

Preferred

  • Advanced phishing simulation/human risk management platforms; behavioral analytics.
  • Digital product/service owner experience.
  • SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or similar.
