Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery PROJECT - Security Engineer II on the project, you will: * Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to support cyber defense and resilience activities * Reviewing systems, environments, and operational activities for vulnerabilities; assessing data systems, network architecture, and security protocols * Conducting intelligence-based supply chain risk management and supervisory control and data acquisition assessments * Evaluating deployed security solutions against documented architecture, identifying rogue systems, and assessing potential cyber manipulation across sites * Supporting cybersecurity policy development and implementation to strengthen cyber and supply chain integrity across complex environments A successful candidate would possess these skills: * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Active Top Secret security clearance required * Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week in Albuquerque, NM. * Minimum of three years plus experience in the following: * Supporting mission programs, materials acquisition, and nuclear enterprise assurance initiatives. * Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence * Reviewing systems and activities for vulnerabilities * Validating data systems, network architecture, and security protocols; and conducting intelligence-based SCRM and SCADA assessments. * The role also identifies and mitigates security gaps, evaluates deployed security solutions against documented architecture, detects rogue systems, and assesses potential cyber manipulation across labs, plants, and sites. Preferred: * Q Clearance * Experience supporting cybersecurity policy development and implementation to strengthen cyber and supply chain integrity across complex environments.
