The Opportunity
As a Cyber Strategy & Resilience - Cyber Strategy & Transformation - Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls, and mitigating risks effectively. Within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions that help them navigate these challenges.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will be instrumental in shaping client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Your role is crucial in driving business growth and maintaining executive-level client relations, all while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
In this role, you will develop new ideas and solutions, promote technological advances, and create an environment where people and technology thrive together. You will also identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successes for the firm, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for clients
- Overseeing regulatory compliance initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls i.e.(Maturity, risk, and control assessments across every cyber domain - framework and regulatory readiness (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, NYDFS, SEC),
- Guiding teams in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and providing strategic compliance advice
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
- Promoting technological advancements to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and innovation in cybersecurity
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic planning to address system-level enablers
- Cultivating potential in team members through mentorship and leadership development
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to maximize satisfaction and engagement
- Adhering to and enforcing professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

- Experienced in Cyber diligence, deal integration, carve-out and separation, and Day-1 / Day-100 execution across the deal lifecycle.

- Overseeing Secure-AI strategy, governance, risk assessment, and architecture for AI and GenAI adoption, the cross-tower steward of the AI security program.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
