Travel: Some travel expected
Clearance: Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
 
Essential Functions
  • Utilizes eMASS to manage Risk Management Framework implementation for DoD Information systems
  • Ensures timely A&A submissions for DoD information systems
  • Uses cybersecurity knowledge to assess the security control effectiveness; determines, requests, and collects artifacts to ensure compliance
  • Drafts SOP’s and other cybersecurity documentation with stakeholders to ensure the security and safety of information systems and data
  • Conducts exercises with system stakeholders to ensure FISMA compliance
  • Validates the need and approves exclusions to DLP rules
  • Drafts ISA to documents connections to external systems and organizations
  • Conducts inventories of equipment extended outside of the organization
  • Serves as a recognized expert in developing strategies, policies, and programs related to cyberspace operations in the Area of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Compiles, edits, coordinates, and updates cybersecurity strategies, policies, directives, and guidance to implement cybersecurity operational requirements within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service
  • Advises senior leadership of cybersecurity challenges, issues, and opportunities for improvements
  • Advises supervisory personnel on matters related to analysis, audit, and remediation for the protection of Missile Defense Agency information and resources
  • Senior level experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) techniques, policies, and procedures
  • Identifies threats and vulnerabilities of computer system(s) and developing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
Required Education and Experience
  • Education: Master’s in STEM / Program Management / or Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with 5 years of cyber management experience
    • Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's Degree in STEM / Program Management / Cyber-related field with 8years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD programs / projects
  • IAM III Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions
  • eMASS Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience in technical review/management/assessment of Software, Cloud, Firewalls, Network Defense, Ports, Protocols, and Services Management, and/or DevSecOps.
