Job Summary:
IOActive, Inc. is a trusted partner for Global 1000 enterprises, providing research-fueled security services across all industries. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead technical discovery and design phases for client engagements, translating business needs into effective cybersecurity solutions while collaborating closely with the sales team and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical discovery and design phase for client engagements.
• Architect custom solutions that may include penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, red teaming, security program maturity assessments, and other professional services.
• Partner with the sales team to act as a subject matter expert.
• Present our services, conduct technical deep dives with clients, and demonstrate how our offerings can solve their specific security problems.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all proposed solutions are clear, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best practices and solution implementation.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.
• Share knowledge and insights with both clients and internal teams.
• Support the leadership, sales, and services teams in developing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with a strong background in professional services, consultative sales, and solutions architecture.
• Strong social skills enabling you to evangelize IOActive services at client and industry events, working a room comes naturally.
• Deep knowledge of various cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to: Penetration Testing (Network, Web Application, Mobile), Vulnerability Assessments, Red Teaming and Adversary Simulation, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), Security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of designing effective security solutions for diverse client needs.
Preferred:
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or similar are preferred.
