BT-355 - Cyber Security Project Manager
Location: Chantilly, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)

Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives that protect critical information systems while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with security requirements. In this role, you will partner with technical teams, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate cybersecurity efforts, manage project execution, support risk and compliance activities, and drive continuous improvement across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with a strong cybersecurity background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical priorities with project management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in cyber security, InfoSec, cyber security engineering, or network engineering
  • Demonstrated experience with vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting test results
  • Demonstrated experience assessing systems against information assurance policies and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and performing cyber security testing
  • Demonstrated experience developing risk assessment and certification reports.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cyber security accreditation efforts for enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated experience recommending mitigating countermeasures to identified threats, vulnerabilities, or shortfalls.
  • Demonstrated experience with Linux operating system.
  • Demonstrated experience writing and reviewing documents such as requirements specifications, system architecture, design documents, test plans, or cyber security plans.
  • Demonstrated experience decomposing functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing program documentation such as CONOPS (Concept of Operations), SSP (System Security Plans), and preparing materials to support system accreditation.

Desired Skills:
  • Demonstrate experience with creating and maintaining integrated master schedules.
  • Demonstrate experience with offensive cyber security practices.
