Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to work closely with the CISO and drive cybersecurity strategy, transformation programs, executive governance, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the CISO to translate cybersecurity strategy into executable programs and initiatives.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity programs and transformation initiatives.
Manage program roadmaps, milestones, RAID, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive escalations.
Prepare CISO-level dashboards, executive presentations, KPIs/KRIs, and status reports.
Coordinate with Security, IT, Cloud, IAM/PAM, SOC, GRC, Risk, Compliance, and other teams.
Translate technical cybersecurity risks into business impact and executive-level decisions.
Support cybersecurity risk management, audit/compliance remediation, governance, and investment prioritization.
Drive steering committees, leadership meetings, program reviews, and executive communications.

Required Skills:
8+ years in Cybersecurity Program Management, Security Strategy, Technology Program Management, or IT Leadership.
Strong experience working with CISO/CIO/CTO-level executives.
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Risk, GRC, IAM/PAM, Cloud Security, SOC, and Security Architecture.
Strong program governance, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and financial management skills.
Experience with RAID, KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, roadmaps, and portfolio management.

Preferred: PMP, PgMP, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC; experience with NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, or similar tools.
