  • Identify emerging delivery risks, performance concerns, and operational issues before they impact the business

  • Drive recovery efforts when performance falls below expectations.

Be the Trusted Point of Contact

  • Build trusted relationships with senior cybersecurity leaders, business stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Be the go-to person for governance on the services and partnerships you own.
  • Facilitate alignment across the organization to ensure work gets done.
  • Turn technical and operational detail into clear, straight-talking updates leaders can act on.

Execute and Deliver

  • Systematically manage service provider performance and leverage data to drive future decisions and optimize outcomes
  • Monitor execution against agreed deliverables, milestones, and outcomes that matter.
  • Manage the risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across your services with clear accountability.

  • Shape how our cybersecurity services and performance standards evolve over time.
What You Bring:

About You

  • You are a highly organized and influential professional who thrives in complex environments where governance, execution, and stakeholder management come together.
  • You move comfortably between the big picture and the operational detail, bringing structure and clarity to large-scale cybersecurity programmes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands on experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading service governance, operational oversight, service delivery, or strategic partner management.
