How you'll make an impact
Identify, recommend, and implement application technologies and IT solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Support application design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
Manage and support the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment.
Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
Maintain and manage application records and data within ServiceNow CMDB.
Ensure compliance with application governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management and service delivery within a multinational environment.
Experience working with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, VB.Net, or MSSQL.
Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and development platforms such as Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives.
