Job Details
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
  • Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
  • Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
  • Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
  • Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
  • This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
  • You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
  • Respond to any calls from the operator requesting a shift to be covered from little to no notice.
  • Must be able to cross-train in various locations for any coverage needed, learning different SOP's and specific site instructions.

Qualifications we are looking for:
  • 21+ years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Capable of following complex instructions
  • Must have availability needed for schedules proposed by the operator to fill in vacancies, call offs, PTO requests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures
