Job description

Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness & TrainingResponsibilities:
  • Execute global cybersecurity awareness, training, and engagement strategies aligned to business priorities, organizational risk, cyber threats, and regulatory requirements.
  • Own Human Risk Management products/services: define strategy, roadmap, priorities, adoption plans, and continuous improvements.
  • Design and deliver enterprise awareness campaigns, role-based learning journeys, leadership engagement, and targeted interventions.
  • Develop modern learning experiences using microlearning, gamification, AI-enabled education, behavioral science, and emerging tech.
  • Identify/evaluate/implement AI and automation to enhance awareness, training, communications, and engagement; promote secure/responsible AI use.
  • Establish/monitor KPIs for security culture, behavior change, risk reduction, and program effectiveness; analyze data for executive insights.
  • Oversee awareness/training technologies, reporting platforms, vendor and partner relationships.
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Business Information Security, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in L&D, Organizational Change/Communications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years’ experience in relevant areas (cybersecurity awareness/training, human risk management, learning, organizational change).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and human-risk topics (phishing/social engineering, IAM, data protection, cloud security, insider risk, secure emerging tech use).
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong executive communication; ability to influence global stakeholders.
  • Experience using data/metrics to assess effectiveness and improve targeting.
Preferred:
  • Advanced phishing simulation/human risk management platforms; behavioral analytics.
  • Digital product/service owner experience with AI-enabled improvements.
  • SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or similar.

Base pay range: $122,000–$212,750.
