  • Stay current on industry trends and recommend emerging AI technologies aligned with Greenlink’s mission.
IT Generalist Support (Secondary Focus)
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, device configurations, and system permissions.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud services, VPN, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or applied machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, or similar.
  • Strong IT generalist skills (Windows, Mac, networking, cloud platforms).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.
Bonus Skills
  • Programming or scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, or engineering industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM or project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
Why Join Greenlink?
  • Shape how AI transforms the renewable energy industry.
  • Work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas make a direct impact.
  • Growth opportunities as the company scales.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
