The Opportunity
As a Security Risk & Engineering - Tech and Cyber Risk & Compliance - Senior Associate, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills and awareness of your strengths.
In this role, you will be part of our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, working within our Tech and Cyber Risk & Compliance practice. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, asking questions and using these moments as opportunities to grow. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance guidance and risk mitigation strategies for clients
- Building meaningful client connections to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Implementing compliance frameworks and conducting compliance risk assessments to enhance internal controls
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements
- Managing cybersecurity risk by applying knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 Standards and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Developing and maintaining regulatory compliance programs to address evolving business contexts
- Collaborating with teams to foster creativity and generate new ideas for problem-solving
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Leading compliance training sessions to educate clients on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
