Zions Bancorporation is currently looking for a Product Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Product Manager plays a key role in executing IAM product strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging advanced knowledge of system design, KPIs, and controls. This position is responsible for developing an actionable strategic roadmap that details the system changes needed to align the IAM product with business objectives. The role will require cross-department collaboration with engineers, analysts, and operation teams to prioritize and execute work. You will lead project scheduling efforts, oversee system design and integration involving IAM controls, lead root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards. The role is also team lead for our SAFe/Agile transformation, including driving process improvements to how we plan and execute work.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute IAM product strategies for all IAM technologies (SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra, and more) to align with organizational goals and cybersecurity roadmap.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product issues and collaborate with IAM engineering and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update artifacts to track product progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead project scheduling and resource management to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Oversee system design and integration involving IAM controls, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
  • Drive quality assurance by collaborating with the IAM Analytics team to develop, maintain, and decommission KRI and KPI reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-disciplinary communication between cyber engineering, cyber quantum engineering, and other cyber departments.
  • Drive continuous product enhancement post-launch, utilizing data insights and user feedback to identify, prioritize, and coordinate improvements.
  • Provide thought leadership and consulting services to business lines, breaking down complex concepts into actionable work items.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, design, and development in an Agile environment, taking products from initial stages to launch, or other directly related equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of product management techniques, practices, disciplines, analysis, and design. SAFe experience is highly desired.
  • Solid understanding of cyber principles, including risk interpretation and system integration with cyber environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of EIS standards applicable to EIS tools and processes.
  • Relevant leadership, motivational, budgeting, and project management experience required.
  • Proven knowledge of enterprise system concepts and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with project scheduling using industry-standard tools and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analysis, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate at both technical and business levels, breaking down complex ideas and situations.
  • Strong client relationship, judgment, decision-making, and problem resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
