About the Role:

Responsibilities: The Program Manager will be responsible for executing and overseeing cyber contracts and resources on cyber projects and ensuring high performance for our federal customers. In addition, the Program Manager will collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capability development, and business development/marketing activities.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing cyber contracts and resources on cyber projects and ensuring high performance for our federal customers.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day contract execution
• Ensure delivery of client requirements
• Enable compliance with corporate quality management policies and processes
• Execute effective stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement effective resource management to retain top talent (source, hire, develop, and coach staff)
• Support Executive Team on strategic initiatives and capability development
• Support business development and proposal activities
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in Federal consulting
  • Masters in technical or cyber related field
  • Knowledge of Federal cyber regulations, requirements, and trends
  • Experience managing teams including at least one role that includes 10+ cyber staff
  • Experience overseeing multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Holds an active Project Manager Professional (PMP)
  • Holds an active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Desired Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience supporting clients in the financial management sector
  2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  3. Secret clearance or higher or the ability to obtain a secret clearance
