As a BeyondTrust Engineer, you will be part of our Delivery Services Team. This position will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting our client's PAM solution. As a key support system for our client, you will play an integral role in preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our client's BeyondTrust solution.

Location: Toronto, ON

Employment Type: Contract (up to 6 months), Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Downtown Toronto, ON

Vacancy Status: Immediate Opening: This position is currently available, and hiring is underway.

What You'll Do:

  • Define, design, develop, and implement PAM solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Centrify, among others) for complex enterprise organizations, from designing hardware specifications and resolving infrastructure dependencies to installation and configuration of the tool.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement solutions for the management of privileged credentials and lead a dialogue with system administrators and application owners to design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Help in Defining PAM Governance Frameworks and PAM Processes.
  • Assess and analyze the client's environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement, target architectures, and a roadmap.
  • Educate both business and IT stakeholders on the implemented solutions and their significance.
  • Generate comprehensive support documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective system comprehension.
  • Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementation/deployment plans for Privileged Access Management.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including BeyondTrust and/or CyberArk.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing PAM solutions for enterprise organizations using platforms such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or other leading PAM technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust and/or CyberArk PAM solutions, including installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
  • 3 years of experience in gathering PAM business requirements and developing the technical design document.
  • 3 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing PAM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Previous consulting experience would be an asset.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure is a plus.
  • Professional experience with both BeyondTrust and CyberArk Privileged Access Management platforms

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is $50–$58 CAD per hour. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience, overall fit for the role, and expected ramp-up time.
