About the Role

The Senior Information Systems Project Manager collaborates with technical and leadership stakeholders from project initiation through implementation to successfully manage Arctic Wolf's cross-functional IT, Security, and Business Applications projects, programs, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT staff, 3rdparty vendors, and business stakeholders on multiple, concurrent projects with the IT, Security, and Business Applications organizations

  • Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams

  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and timing

  • Exhibit critical thinking by seeing outcomes and providing direction when there are multiple stakeholders and solutions

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements

  • Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders with the goal of becoming a trusted partner

  • Adhere and contribute to project management processes and methodology to successfully deliver projects

  • Work closely with implementation partners to align with their project plans and coordinate timelines and execution with internal and third party partners

  • Work closely with IT leaders to define and contribute to business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term strategies

  • Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success

About You

  • Strong project management, program leadership, and business analysis background

  • Proven experience successfully leading Security, IT infrastructure, and/or Business Applications projects

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, partnering with globally distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve a shared goal

  • Proficient analytical skills with an ability to either identify and resolve issues or identify and engage the internal resources required to assist with issue resolution

  • Experience in establishing and driving the adoption of standard project documentation, tools, and best practices

  • Ability and willingness to work with global team members across different time zones

  • Proficient knowledge of technical systems implementation and software development lifecycle management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations

  • Ability to bridge high-level objectives with project details and vice versa

  • Strong organizational planning skills

  • Initiative to start programs and/or projects with little or no information and drive to completion

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a technical project management environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The base salary range for this job family is 63,000 to 222,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
