Job description

Barbaricum is seeking a Cyber SME/Cyber Architect to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role will support system operations, integration, and performance optimization in complex operational environments. Supports exercises in the Greater Indiana Area with 10-25% travel between Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Training Center.


Responsibilities:
   Install, configure, and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure.
   Support system integration and configuration management activities.
   Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
   Implement system updates, patches, and security controls.
   Support system documentation and configuration management.
   Collaborate with network, security, and engineering teams.


Required Qualifications:
   Active DoD Secret Clearance
   Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
   Experience administering enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
   Knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, and enterprise IT architecture.
   Experience troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues.


Preferred Qualifications:
   Experience supporting DoD or government IT systems.
   Certifications such as Security+, Network+, or similar.
