Job Description
HII - Mission Technologies is seeking SME level Cyberspace Operations Planners to join our Cyber & Intelligence team in support of a high-impact mission at Fort Meade. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and operational planning expertise to advance cyberspace capabilities and joint mission integration.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Oversees all phases of the project from transition through completion.
  • Manages project cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Serves as the on-site manager and primary customer point of contact for all project activities.
  • Handles operational issues and oversees personnel and resource management.
  • Identifies project challenges and drives effective solutions.
  • Coordinates on-site activities and interfaces with external organizations.

This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.
Minimum Qualifications
7 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
  • Develop support concepts and multiple courses of action to address complex cyberspace operational challenges.
  • Experience providing strategic counsel to senior executives on operational matters.
  • Integrate command-level and external partner capabilities into cohesive, mission-aligned plans.
  • Coordinate and document comprehensive operational strategies that align with joint planning standards.
  • Apply expert knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and tactics employed by both state and non-state actors, with emphasis on vulnerabilities within Blue Space.
  • Synchronize intelligence planning activities with operational timelines to ensure timely, actionable insights inform mission execution.
  • Experience speciic to cyber operations missions across operational lines.
